About me

I am an international Existential Psychotherapist working with adults cross-culturally in the UK, and abroad with 10 years of clinical experience.

I help people explore their lives and what it means to exist. To face life’s challenges in a more meaningful, fulfilling and authentic manner. To confront such questions as “Who I am?” “What is my purpose in life?” and “How shall I live my life?”

We are all faced with choices, dilemmas, and limitations, that is part of being human. My approach is to explore your lived experience in an open and honest manner, to look at your life in depth and detail and to find ways forward that are more satisfying and rewarding for you.

I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, and am completing a MA in Existential Analysis at the University of Salzburg.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) & associate member of the Federation of Existential Therapy in Europe (FETE).

Prior to my training as a psychotherapist, I worked for 8 years in the field for the International Committee of the Red Cross with missions in Africa, the Middle East, and the Pacific region. Despite seeing much human suffering and despair, I have also witnessed extraordinary acts of courage, heroism and perseverance.

As an integrative practitioner, I combine attachment theory, CBT, compassion focused therapy, and existential approaches, to fit the needs of each person I work with.
